We have plans for new products that require a UI Web designer to come and join an existing team. You shall be working as part of a small agile team, the successful candidate will design user focused websites that work across all device types.

The ideal Web Designer will have both strong design and build skills. You'll need to be able to design the content using Photoshop, InDesign & QuarkXPress and use HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery for the front end build.

Essential skills:

• Experience designing creative, UX-centric responsive web UIs.
• HTML5, CSS3/SASS any JavaScript or JQuery experience is a bonus.
• Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative suites - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Experience working across both Digital and Print
• Knowledge in responsive design, cross browser and cross device production

The successful Web Designer will be responsible for:

• Creating dynamic and engaging banners for the desktop and mobile site.
• Building responsive web applications.
• Creating email HTML templates, including bespoke email campaigns and newsletters.
• Ensuring branding stays consistent across all mediums.
• Creating and updating website content, monitoring all aspects of the site.
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes to team.
• Development with HTML, CSS, javaScript and jQuery.
• Graduate/Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent relevant work experience.
